Project 366 – Halfway
June 30th marked the halfway point for Project 366. Some days have been easy, others, not so much. At times we have found ourselves running around the house trying to think of something or find just the right “thing” to photograph at 10 at night. So far, so good, though – haven’t missed a day. We have learned quite a bit over the 6 months – maybe developing our eyes to be a bit better is the most important. We certainly have learned a lot about the technical aspects of photography, particularly lighting, as well as increasing our knowledge of photoshop. It was especially challenging when looking to quickly grab something in the house to shoot – it was never quick, though. Looking around the house forced us to see the familiar items that surround us daily with a new perspective. We found those seemingly boring items and noticed the lines of them in a fresh way, and we found art. Bill chose what he thinks is his best photo from each month to share here with you, but Dawn chose others for variety. We hope you find them interesting.
